End User Support Issues

happy-web-user.jpgEasyComs provides direct end-user support if no local ISP is available to help you, but we DO expect that you have a working knowledge of your computer and its functions and accessories. If not, enroll on a computer skills traing course. Businesses are expected to have their own on-site technical person for local-issue trouble-shooting and who we can work with to resolve issue per telephonic support. End-user training can be arranged on request.

We do our level best to provide a stable and trouble-free service, however, if you should have a problem please call our support staff for assistance OR email a fault report to support@easycoms.co.za

EasyComs helpdesk is on 028 754 6222. Calls to our office are also forwarded to duty staff cellphones on standby after hours. If you choose to leave a message, please give as much detail as possible so that we can resolve the problem without having to get hold of you first. Also give the time of your call. Any detail can help technicians to investigate & resolve a problem. All calls are recorded to help us manage quality of service.

Any special requests should carefull specified and e-mailed to support@easycoms.co.za . Our hours of business are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and staff take lunch between 13:00 and 14:00.

We are happy to advise you on accessories, prices etc.

New areas - send us the Google Placemarks of all sites requiring service and we will conduct surveys and provide a detailed proposal with pricing OR we will advise on available alternatives.

Service Warranties

EasyComs does its level best to provide stable and trouble-free services, however, our 'best-offert' services depend to some extent on national infrastructures run by Telkom and other national operators. No service warranties are given or implied by EasyComs whatsoever on our 'best-effort' packages.

EasyComs does offer Service Level Agreements where we "guarantee" services under an agreement (SLA). This is supported by our use of licensed links to avoid interference and the deployment of the best wholesale bandwidth available - on the top South African networks with whom we have established similar guarantees.
