Existing clients sign up for EasyComs telephone service, and are assigned a local telephone number. This number is to receive calls. We manage the inbound and outbound call traffic across dedicated telephony trunks. Our call rates are set at slightly below Telkom rates at per-minute rates. Our telephone clients enjoy EasyComs excellent support and response service. Handsets - we supply the SNOM300+ handsets. These are digital telephones that work just like a normal telephone. These units are packed with useful features The SNOM300 also works well if you install your own PBX in a business location with extensions, call attendant and other business functions such as call recording and forwarding to cellphones, giving you full control. EasyComs announced its Telephone & Internet Special Offer Package (offer expires 31 December 2011) This service includes a wireless DSL service at 512 Kbps, 2 GB of traffic, a local telephone number, 1 email address This a 12 month contract at a monthly cost of just R333.34 pm ! Calls are made from a Pre-Paid Calling Plan - so there are no month-end surprises. Detailed reports are available in a client console that also shows the balance available and state of the teklephone. The client tops up their Calling Plan by paying EasyComs directly and give the telephone number as a reference (a R20 amount is preloaded at startup “on the house”) for setup, testing and demonstration purposes.
