You will need the correct equipment to connect. Here are our options: 1. PURCHASE of your client router needed to connect @ R1,995 Plus any installation costs such as additional antennae, brackets, masts - as may be required. Choose from our range of service packages. OR 2. RENTAL - a 24 month rental contract avoids large up-front cost by including your Client Premises Equipment worth R1,995 in the monthly fee, but the equipment remains the property of EasyComs. The rental can be concelled on its anniversary date with 3 months advance notice. Ongoing rental contracts are auto-renewed for another 24 month term, at the rate prevailing at the time. We will contact rental customers as they approach the end of their term, to assist with renewing their service. For new orders requiring equipment installation, a security deposit of R1,000 is payable, being half the equipment cost. The application forms have a debit order authorisation form that must also be completed and signed. When we receive and have processed new orders, we will contact you to schedule a suitable time for the installation. Bear in mind that all indoor and outdoor equipment is the property of the client ( all cabling, power supply unit/s, telephones & any networking equipment ) . EasyComs recommends that the subscribers insure themselves risk as required. Please be aware that indoor equipment risks damage caused by Escom power surges / spikes, and other causes for loss may be fire & theft. EasyComs can replace these items at cost, for the clients account. In such cases we need to charge travel, time & materials - sometimes referred to as a "callout fee".
